Should bankers continue to wear formal business attire or adopt a more casual business environment?
Our bank has business casual dress every day of the week. Of course, the employees like it, but it is less intimidating for our customers too. The men do a good job of maintaining a professional look; some of the women push the envelope a bit though. I try to dress up a little more to establish an example for the other women, but that hasn't been very successful. Younger ladies at the bank are not interest in dressing like an old lady. :)

I am curious as to what other banks are doing regarding dress code. How flexible are you with your grooming standards?
