Which KPI's are folks monitoring for Retail Banking/branches?

Barb,
I like to track the open-to-close ratio for checking accounts as a good indicator of the health of the branch's performance. I also like to track metrics around our debit card portfolio as I believe that payments are the best opportunity for customer engagement.
