Davis Polk is out this week with a comprehensive look at where everything related to regulatory relief stands. It's an excellent reference tool supplemented by the law firm's analysis. I find this invaluable. And speaking of regulatory relief, the FDIC finally came out with its plans for a new leverage ratio. You can read it here. The major trade groups - ICBA and ABA - say it doesn't go far enough.
