Tuesday Topic: New Year Newsmakers
I agree Barb - she is blazing trails like we've never seen. I would also add the Senators and Reps who are on the banking committees, and Pres. Trump, but I guess those are not creative choices.

Newspapers often mark a new year with lists of the people expected to make an impact in 2020. American Banker released its list on Monday and it's a good blend of the obvious - new CEOs at Wells Fargo, KeyCorp, Comerica, and Santander US - with less apparent choices like New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy who is trying to create a public bank in the state. After you read about the 11 people profiled, I wonder who is on your personal list? In other words, who do you think we should all be watching? FDIC Chair Jelena McWilliams is on mine. Her policy moves this year could make a big difference.
