Should bankers continue to wear formal business attire or adopt a more casual business environment?
We generally stay in business wear except for Fridays and snow days. Agreed that it is a little tougher to police the women's attire just due to the numerous options compared to the usual suit and ties for their male counterparts. Having said that we have allowed the ladies to where "nice jeans" more frequently in some of the departments.

I am curious as to what other banks are doing regarding dress code. How flexible are you with your grooming standards?
