Outsourced Core Processing
We were an in-house FIS Bankway (as400) core until 2016 when we outsourced to the Little Rock data center. Please feel free to call me at your convenience and I will gladly share our pre and post migration experience. Contact information below.

Everyone - we are currently and in-house Fiserv Premier bank. We are looking at several vendors, including Fiserv, but looking primarily at going outsourced as our mainframe computer is nearing end of life. For those banks who have converted to oursourced in the last 5 years - i have some questions:
1. Would you make the same decision again?
2. What is your main frustration with being outsourced?
3. What advice would you give someone looking to go outsourced, knowing what you know now.
Thanks!
