New user here.  Over the past five years my $85 million community bank has made a significant investment in various technology platforms.  We have not fully gained the productivity and quality control benefits I originally envisioned.  I am considering bringing in an MIS person to help my staff better understand the power of the technology available and gain a better understanding of the value of the information within our various systems.
