Investment Brokers Talking About the Cost of Waiting to Invest
Neil, I was unable to view the analysis you uploaded for this post but my brokers have been suggesting the Cost of Waiting tactic since right after the pandemic and the influx of liquidity on our balance sheets. You should post one of your educational videos on why this is not always the best approach.

Good afternoon, Given what has happened in the interest rate markets in recent months I am more than a little surprised at what I heard recently from a broker in a webinar. With this recent interest rate history

It was reported in the webinar that the cost of waiting to invest over the past six months has been punitive. This analysis was offered.

Truly a disservice to the industry. I feel like the magician is telling me "No, really the rabbit came out of this empty hat!" Was this an exception or are other brokers abandoning economic fundamentals to push their buy-now agenda in this way?
