Incentive Compensation Plans

Sagemark Consulting (which, in fairness, is a division of Lincoln Financial Advisors), in particular, Mark Bronfman (Mark.Bronfman@LFG.com, 301-526-3483) is an expert on developing long-term incentive compensation for bank clients, among other industries. We have used them to design bonus and long-term comp plans for our senior staff.  For short-term incentive compensation plans, Pearl Myer (https://www.pearlmeyer.com/) is a leader on that front and widely used by banks.

​We are looking to start an incentive compensation plan for most of the staff. I'm concerned about creating a plan that has unintended consequences, therefore, I'd like to work with a consulting firm that has done this successfully for banks. I'd like recommendations for consulting firms. I'd prefer it be a consulting firm rather than insurance company.
