Incentive Compensation Plans

I have used a variety of firms that all do pretty much the same thing so rather than name a specific name I will refer you to the "Bank Director" website and look for their annual Compensation Conference where you will see many possible vendors referenced.

​We are looking to start an incentive compensation plan for most of the staff. I'm concerned about creating a plan that has unintended consequences, therefore, I'd like to work with a consulting firm that has done this successfully for banks. I'd like recommendations for consulting firms. I'd prefer it be a consulting firm rather than insurance company.
