​After years of working with CRM systems and currently using SalesForce, I am committed in 2019 to explore what appears to be a better banking centric CRM system called Quest Analytics.  While SalesForce is versatile, Quest Analytics appears to have designed and refined their system to flow more naturally to the needs of client contact and new business development for banks.  http://www.quest-analytics.com/
