FBI Issues an Advisory on QR Code Fraud

We were recently discussing whether to utilize QR Codes in our debit card marketing efforts as we've seen the larger issuers make more use of QR Codes in promoting their mobile apps in the card mailers. I see the value in making it easier for customers to download our apps via QR Codes. I'd be much more concerned about using QR Codes to complete payments, especially after reviewing the FBI Advisory. Use caution!
