Core banking system selection and contract negotiation

​All:  We are a small Community Bank in NJ, looking at the question of core contract renewal and actively considering alternatives.  I am familiar with several of the consultant names referenced in the various posts.  Does anyone have any additional references for someone who is situated in or principally focused specifically in the NY / NJ Metro region ??.

While I recognize that everyone is capable of traveling to any location, to a small FI with limited operating margins, every dollar not spent on the consultant is critical also.
