Community Bank Business Model
Andrew, my career of 47+ years is similar to yours. One of the "pillars" of our models is real, caring customer service. You've heard the same stories I have about the lack of that in the branches of the "mega" banks. Only if, and when, customer expectations for service change will our model be outdated.
