Welcome to the Peer Intelligence community website (“Community”), brought to you by IntraFi Network LLC (“IntraFi,” “we,” or “us”).  This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) applies to personal information that you share with us when you apply for access to or use the Community.

Any personal information you provide to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or similar information, will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals outside of our organization except as noted below.

Our Service Providers
We may share your personal information with companies (including our affiliates) that perform services on our behalf. Our service providers are required by contract to protect the confidentiality of the personal information we share with them and to use it only to provide specific services on our behalf. 

Other Members of Peer Intelligence
Information contained within your profile (e.g., name, e-mail address, organization name, and title) will be included in the Peer Intelligence directory and can be accessed by any Peer Intelligence user.  At any time, you can elect to opt-out of the directory and your information will not be accessible to other users. 

Business Transfers
Your personal information may be transferred to another entity (either an affiliated entity or an unrelated third party) in connection with a merger, reorganization, dissolution, or similar corporate event. If such a transfer were ever to occur, the acquiring entity’s use of your personal information would still be subject to this Privacy Policy. 

Government and Legal Disclosures 
We may disclose the personal information we collect through this site, when we, in good faith, believe disclosure is appropriate to comply with the law (or a court order, subpoena, or regulatory request); to prevent or investigate a possible crime, such as fraud or identity theft; to enforce our Terms and Conditions that govern your use of this site; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our company, our users, or others.

External Sites
We are not responsible for the content of external internet sites. You are advised to read the privacy policy of external sites before disclosing any personal information.

Cookies
The Peer Intelligence website uses cookies.  A cookie is a small data text file that is placed in your browser and allows us to recognize you each time you visit this site.  Cookies may also be used by third-party content providers, such as newsfeeds.

Marketing
Subject to the other terms of this Privacy Policy, IntraFi may reproduce your image or messages you post, in whole or in part, in marketing the Peer Intelligence community.  If so, IntraFi will not attribute your name with any image or message of yours that it uses for marketing purposes, provided that we may include your name and message in any communications or materials that we send solely to you.

Remember the Risks Whenever You Use the Internet
While we make efforts to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to us, and you are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of any passwords or other account information. In addition, other internet sites or services that may be accessible through our site have separate data and privacy practices independent of us, and therefore we disclaim any responsibility or liability for their policies or actions. Notice for Consumers in the State of California

If you are consumer residing in the State of California, you have a right to request that we disclose to you the categories and specific pieces of personal information that we have collected from you during the prior twelve (12) months. You also have a right to request that we delete personal information about you that we have collected from you. You have a right not to receive discriminatory treatment from us for exercising the privacy rights granted by the California Consumer Privacy Act.

You may submit such requests by contacting us at CCPA@intrafi.com or (866) 776-6426. After receiving a request, IntraFi will take measures to verify the request, which may include asking you to verify certain information about yourself, which we will compare to the information we have collected. Please allow up to forty-five (45) days for a response. Contact us at the above email or telephone number if you want to designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf under the California Consumer Privacy Act.

If your request relates to personal information that you have provided to a financial institution that uses one of the Services, and not directly to IntraFi, you should submit the request directly to that financial institution.
